Be The Love - Be The Light - Be The Life

Jesus went to the mountaintop and shared with his disciples the great commission.  Our mission is powerful and written in our name.  

  • At Bethel, we are to Be the love and share God's grace with everyone.  
  • At Bethel, we are to Be the light and share God's Truth with all people.  
  • At Bethel, we are to Be the life by going all places and bringing God's life-giving Gospel to the world.


Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted. Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Worship is essential to life!

Worship is essential to God’s plan of redemption and provides a strategic avenue for God’s entry into an alienated world. An illustration of this is found in the Lord’s Prayer, which begins with worship: “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name.” Then, it extends the invitation “…Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven” (Matthew 6:9, 10). When we pray in the manner that Jesus taught His disciples, we worship by reaching into the invisible realm. From worship, we welcome the entry of His divine authority, rulership, and power into this world.


We worship with modern, gospel, and traditional music of the Church.  We worship the One, True, God Almighty who called us into the Kingdom through His Son, Jesus Christ; and sends us into the world through the power of the Holy Spirit.
