Bethel Fellowship Staff & Leaders

The staff and leadership here at Bethel Fellowship is comprised of men and women who love, care and pray for every single person in the church. If you have questions for any of our staff, feel free to reach out and email them or call our church office to speak with them.

  • JOSEPH FRANKLIN

    Lead Pastor

Pastor Joseph (PJ)  is a bi-vocation pastor who works as a construction manager.  He loves studying the Word of God, preaching, worship, and leading.  One of his strengths is the development of other people.  As he learns of God-given talents and gifts, he cultivates these and helps to mold and shape people into disciples. He loves fishing, hunting, skiing, and anything that will give him time with his family.

His wife, Tiffany, is also his partner in ministry for the past 20 years.  They have 2 children, Gabriel and Danielle.

  • JORDAN ROUSE

    Minister of Music

This is Jordan's first ministry position, and he is blessed that he is able to serve at his home church. There is such a strong connection between BFC, and the people here. Jordan loves music, and has worked as a musician for many years. To be able to use his talent to worship the Savior is a blessing.

He shared, "I have two sweet boys; Jackson and Channing." They make him want to be a better father, man, and example every single day. Jordan is thankful for the lessons learned in life even when the path in life does not turn out the way that you thought it would.

  • LEAH PEOPLES

    Bethel Kids Ministry

Leah has been a nurse for 12 years and loves what she does.  She also loves children and sharing with them about God's love.  She loves seeing the world through the eyes of children.  She has a daughter, Caroline, who "helps" her on Sunday.  She is a Bethel Kid's Leader because of the impact that Bethel's youth leaders made in her life.  She strives to be good example by being a representative of Jesus Christ to the children.  She knows every child in her class.  She teaches her children how to be their best self by sharing Jesus with them.

Leah loves reading, the beach, and candles.  Oh, and she "loves Mexican food!"  She has two cats (Milkshake and Raya) and a dog (Jack).  These rescue animals complete Leah's family.

  • ANN HAM

    Church Life Coordinator

Ann Ham has been married to her husband, Jay Ham for 38 years.  They have two wonderful children and four great grandchildren.  She enjoys spending time with her family at the beach, reading, and taking family trips.  Ann loves encouraging others and finding ways to reach out and share the love that Jesus has for everyone.  It has often been said that Ann knows everything about what is going on at Bethel Fellowship Church.  That is why she is the best person to contact for information about events, groups, Bible Studies, serving opportunities, and fellowship activities.

  • MINDY ROUSE

My story Grief support ministry for widows and widowers

Mindy Rouse and I am a lifetime member of Bethel Fellowship Church. I was married to the love of my life for 13.5 years before he unexpectedly passed away in November 2020. We have four children: Payton, Pearson, Perkins, and Paitley. After losing Jamie, myself and another young widow friend Elizabeth Boyette began a group called "My Story" for Widows and Widowers. We try to meet once a month here at Bethel Fellowship Church.

Our Ministry Partners

At Bethel Fellowship Church, we partner with many local community organizations to help "be the life" in our community.  We do what we can to be the love to all people and be the light to all people.  We do so through our many ministry partnerships.  There are a few listed here, but please contact us for more information on how you can serve.
